At Bed Linens Etc., we want you to be happy with your purchase and we are committed to customer service. We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee (minus s&h and restocking fee - 20%) upon return of item(s) by customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, the item will be either refunded, replaced, or store credit will be issued per our return policy, minus s&h and 20%restocking fee, upon return of item(s) by customer. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original packaging and unused condition. This includes washing unless defective.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are washed, used, or soiled.
"Special Order", "Custom Made" "Clearance" and "Discontinued" items are non returnable.
Please note that all our items are custom made, please review dimension of your mattress before purchasing.
No refunds or exchanges on clearance items.
Please contact customer service at sales@bedlinesetc.com in advance to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
Refunds, credits or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days from receipt and inspection. Returns sent with no RMA number will be refused.
Return merchandise, via a trackable service like UPS, with RMA number.
NOTE: Returns sent with no RMA number, will be refused, no exceptions.
